In
October we combined our Customer Care and Custom Quote
teams. It's our ongoing commitment to our customers to provide
the best experience possible. The changes are designed to
eliminate the need to pass a customer between departments and provide
the best and quickest service in the industry. Whether
placing an order, requesting a custom quote,
sample request or simply following up on an existing
order, it's one phone call.
The
new group is led by Andrea Perine. Our Customer Care
professionals include Carrie Jarvis, Nikki Manek and Jennifer
Townhill. The group has over 20 years of experience of
providing the ultimate customer experience. We will maintain
both customer service and custom quote phone numbers through the end
of the year. Call us M-F 8:00am through 5:30pm
EST and experience the difference.
Judy
Bland, formerly responsible for our Customer Service group,
will continue to focus on Quality Assurance as well as taking on
a new sales role.

Requirements
Underwriters
Laboratories (UL) is an independent product safety certification
organization. They have been testing products and writing
standards on safety for more than a century. More than 20
billion UL marks appear on products, components, materials and

(Component) supplier for Underwriters Laboratories. We have
several products that have been tested and approved against UL's
ANSI/UL 969, "Marking and Labeling Systems" standards.
These products will bear the Recognized Component Mark.
