One of our numerous facilities that are ISO 9001:2015 certified, our San Diego plant is also powered by solar, running on 662 panels that generate 364,000 KWH annually. This investment highlights our commitment to sustainability, quality, and forward-looking innovation.

Advanced Pressroom Capabilities
Our ID Images plant in San Diego operates with 10 presses (including 7 flexographic presses, giving the team the flexibility to handle both short runs and high-volume jobs. Capabilities include:
- Up to 10 colors
- Multi-web printing (3 webs on select presses)
- LED inks and UV finishings
- Lamination and varnish options
- Fanfold, sheeting, pinfeed, and delam/relam formats.

Complex Multi-Part Labels
Our team also excels at complex builds. We have developed a three-part label featuring an opaque white UV layer, release coatings, and three layers of material. This innovative design allows a portion of the label to be peeled off and reused after recycling, showcasing both technical precision and creative problem-solving.
