month, ID Images began sending electronic confirmations on
each order shipped. The electronic confirmation
provides various information including customer PO #, date shipped,
ticket #, tracking number with link to track shipment, shipping
method, approximate freight charge, product information and shipping
address.
In addition to the shipment confirmation, we also send
automatic order acknowledgments when orders are received. Order
acknowledgements are an important part of the overall process to
confirm order accuracy and eliminate potential errors or
delays. These acknowledgements are available by either fax or
e-mail. If you are currently receiving these via fax and would
